The 3-day e-visa: Azerbaijan's quiet superpower for Indian weddings

Indian passport holders receive Azerbaijan's ASAN e-visa in three working days, entirely online, with no embassy visit. For a destination wedding, that single fact changes everything.

A three-hundred-guest wedding means three hundred visas. In most destinations, that is months of appointments, couriered passports, and anxious aunties. For Azerbaijan, it is a spreadsheet and three working days.

How it works

Each guest (or we, on their behalf) applies at the official ASAN Visa portal with a passport scan. The single-entry e-visa arrives by email, is valid for 30 days, and costs a fraction of Schengen or UK fees. Children and elderly guests follow the same simple process.

What Caspian Vows handles

We manage the application batch for your entire guest list, track approvals, and re-file any application that needs attention — so by the time your guests land in Baku (under four hours direct from Delhi), the paperwork is already behind them.
